Driver Believed to Have Intentionally Plowed Car Into Venice Boardwalk Crowd

A suspected hit-and-run driver who plowed into a crowd of pedestrians on the Venice boardwalk was arrested on suspicion of murder. Surveillance video and witness statements led police to believe the driver injured 11 pedestrians and killed one on purpose.
