Driver sparks fire after slamming into Irvine home

A suspected drunk driver slammed into a woman’s home in Irvine at around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday night and caused a fire, damaging the woman’s home. The woman was able to escape with her dog and the driver fled the scene but was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI. Hetty Chang reports for the NBC4 News on Jan. 9, 2024.
