Drought Conditions Mean 6-Million People Will Have to Slash Their Water Use

Officials say drought conditions are the worst they’ve ever seen, and there may not be enough water to meet basic needs if something isn’t done now. In all, six-million people in three counties will have to slash their water use. Kim Baldonado reports for the NBC 4 News at 4.
