Drought Emergency No Surprise to SoCal Boaters, Fishermen

Friday’s official drought declaration by Gov. Jerry Brown was welcomed by water officials and farmers in the Inland Empire. But with local water supplies and jobs in jeopardy, the need for rainfall is what residents are hoping for the most.
