Dunbar Hotel: Epicenter of West Coast Jazz

The legendary Dunbar Hotel in South LA was once the epicenter of west coast jazz. With much of LA segregated, the hotel on Central Avenue was a place where black musical legends of the 1930s, 40s and 50s stayed while visiting.
