Car Crashes Into Utility Pole, Knocks Out Power in El Monte

A driver crashed into a utility pole, knocking the pole to the ground and causing it to catch fire. Several residents in the area lost power after the crash. Annette Arreola reports for Today in LA on Monday, July 20, 2015.
