Ex-LA City Attorney Official in LADWP Litigation Scandal Gets No Jail Time

The former chief of civil litigation for the LA City Attorney’s Office was sentenced to 9 months of home confinement and 3 years on probation for his role in trying to cover-up the city’s efforts to rig class action lawsuits filed by overbilled Department of Water and Power customers.
