Ex-Prof Accused of Sex Crimes Faces Arraignment

Walter Lee Williams is slated to appear in federal court Thursday afternoon to face charges related to accusations that he traveled to the Philippines to have sex with – and take pornographic images of – underage boys. An associate of his has also been arrested on a child porn charge. Toni Guinyard reports from downtown Los Angeles for the NBC4 News at Noon on June 20, 2013.
