Explosion at West Hollywood Apartment Displaces 12, Injures 1

An explosion at a West Hollywood apartment complex Friday night left one wounded and displaced 12 residents. The explosion was caused by the dangerous process of extracting THC from marijuana. Beverly White reports from West Hollywood for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on January 25, 2013.
