Extra Security on Hand After Alleged School Shooting Plan Foiled

Stepped-up patrols were on hand at South Pasadena High School just days after authorities thwarted a possible school shooting. Two teens were arrested in connection with the plans. Ted Chen reports live for the NBC4 News at Noon on Thursday, August 21, 2014.
