Families Sue Housing Company, Sheriff's Dept. Over Isla Vista Massacre

Families of three victims who were stabbed to death during the Isla Vista massacre are suing the sheriff’s department and the student housing company over allegations they failed to investigate Elliot Rodger despite several warning signs that he was dangerous.
