Family and Attorneys Call for Charges in CHP Officer Freeway Confrontation

Attorneys and family members called for criminal charges at a press conference in the case of Marlene Pincock, 51, who was shown on video being struck by a California Highway Patrol officer after she was found walking on the side of the 10 Freeway.
