Family Attacked While Changing Car Tire

A man crossed two lanes of freeway traffic in Menifee to attack a family changing a flat tire in a bizarre incident that included stabbing a toddler and lighting their belongings on fire. Tony Shin reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on May 12, 2015.
