Family Outraged Over Rental Company's Cleaning Fee for Service Animal

A family with a certified service dog was outraged when they were charged an extra fee by car rental company Avis for pet hair removal. “In my opinion, it’s against the Americans with Disabilities Act,” Gary Spindt said. The fee was waived after the Get Garcia team contacted the rental company, and the family has filed a complaint with the Department of Justice.
