Father and Daughter Electrocuted by Downed Wires in Panorama City

A Panorama City man and his 20-year-old daughter were fatally electrocuted when they came in contact with a downed power line. Gordon Tokumatsu reports for NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on Jan. 25, 2021.
