Fishermen Speak Out About Encounter with Chris Dorner

Two San Diego fishermen are describing an encounter they say they had with fugitive ex-LAPD officer Christopher Dorner. The men say Dorner was offering money for someone to take him fishing off Mexico. Chris Chan reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013.
