Flooding Fills Moreno Valley Streets

Many streets and neighborhoods in Moreno Valley were a muddy mess Thursday after flash flooding. The area was pounded by rain Wednesday night into Thursday morning, and the lower portion of the valley was hit hardest. Jacob Rascon reports from Moreno Valley for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2012.
