Friends remember man killed in Jefferson Park crash

Loved ones are mourning the loss of Oscar Santos Farela who was killed in a high speed crash along with another passenger in Jefferson Park on Thursday after the DUI driver of the car they were riding in slammed into a parked UPS truck and collided with several other cars.
