Suspect Met With Probation Officer Before Alleged Abduction

Wanted in connection with the abduction of a 10-year-old girl, Tobias Dustin Summers visited his parole officer and passed a drug test hours before the alleged Northridge home invasion and kidnapping for which he is now sought.
