Get Garcia, Get Results: Scammed Military Family Gets Pro Bono Help in the Yard

Frank “Corky” Quatrino says he feels good that he was able to help the military family that hired what turned out to be an unlicensed landscaper who left them with a hefty bill and an unfinished yard as they were relocating to the 29 Palms military base.
