Gov. Newsom joins the April snow survey; shows above average snowpack

Gov. Gavin Newsom on Tuesday joined the Department of Water Resources for its April snow survey, the final one of the season, which showed the Sierra snowpack above normal. Conan Nolan reports for the NBC4 News on April 2, 2024.
