Gov. Brown Signs CA Film Production Bill

Hoping to help curb runaway film production, Gov. Jerry Brown signed a bill into law that increases tax credits for studios that choose to film in California. The bill enjoyed wide support from some Hollywood heavyweights. Conan Nolan reports from Burbank for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014.
