Guilty Verdict in Bell Corruption Trial of Angela Spaccia

A former Bell city official is convicted of 11 felony counts, including misappropriating public funds. Angela Spaccia was taken away from the courtroom in handcuffs, remanded into custody in a move that her attorney says was a surprise.
