Gunman Surrenders After Chase, Standoff

A high-speed car pursuit followed by a dramatic four-hour standoff inside a North Hollywood home ended peacefully on Monday afternoon when a man with a rifle surrendered to police. Lolita Lopez reports from North Hollywood for the NBC4 News at 5 and 6 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2014.
