Half-Naked Man Surrenders After Apparent Tear-Gassing

A man who allegedly stole a vehicle and then fled on foot from pursuing LA County Sheriff’s Department deputies entered a home in Lakewood. Authorities then appeared to fire tear gas into the home, and the man fled into the attic, breaking through a vent for fresh air. He eventually was helped down a ladder and taken into custody.
