Handling of Police Shootings Questioned

Law enforcement departments in Southern California are sometimes forced to admit they made tragic mistakes in officer involved shootings, but rarely are the officers who made those mistakes criminally prosecuted or fired, and NBC4 I-Team investigation has found.
