Here's How Mail-In Ballots Are Processed

A quarter of a million ballots arrived to the OC Registrar after election night. Officials say that part of the process went on for 30 days prior to November third for more than a million mail-in ballots, then it started all over. Vikki Vargas reports for the NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2020.
