High Hopes Despite Increase in Inland Empire Unemployment Rate

The unemployment rate in the Inland Empire rose for the third straight month to 12.7%. Even though the IE has one of the worst unemployment rates in the country, there’s reason for hope. Jacob Rascon reports from the Inland Empire for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on April 20, 2012.
