Historic Lifeguard Building Collapses

The Cove House Lifeguard Administrative Building in Point Mugu was destroyed by strong waves, and lifeguards were picking up after the damage Thursday. Annette Arreola reports live from Malibu for the NBC4 News at Noon on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014.
