Man Shot by Police Tried to Reach for Officer's Gun

A homeless man who was fatally shot by police on Skid Row was violently struggling with police and grabbing at one officer’s holstered pistol, prompting the shooting, LAPD Chief Charlie Beck said. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2015.
