“Hot Prowler” Strikes Again in Harbor City

Police in Harbor City are looking for a hot prowler suspected of sneaking into at least nine units at the Summer Glen Apartments. Investigators say he’s targeting units with doors and windows left open or unlocked during hot summer nights. Hetty Chang reports from Harbor City for NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2013.
