More Human Remains Found at Water Treatment Plant

A third set of human remains was found at a Southern California water treatment plant. Police believe a woman’s body was dumped in a sewer or manhole somewhere in Los Angeles. Angie Crouch reports from Carson for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. Oct. 31, 2013.
