Human Remains Found in Shallow Graves in Victorville

The remains of four people were found in shallow graves just off the 15 Freeway in Victorville on Wednesday. Investigators are now trying to determine how the remains got there and whether a crime was committed. Tony Shin reports from Victorville for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2013.
