Hummer Driver Remains at Large After Pursuit

After an hours-long police pursuit that ended in a standoff, Thomas Ueno escaped into a hillside by Castaways Park in Newport Beach. Ueno, who has a criminal history, kidnapped his girlfriend and kids the evening of Monday, Feb. 29, 2016 in Buena Park. Vikki Vargas reports for NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2016.
