Anti-Gang Effort Targets Third Grade Students in San Bernardino County

School and sheriff’s officials in San Bernardino County say they were inspired to focus their anti-gang efforts on third grade students after noticing a trend of young kids joining gangs. Jacob Rascon reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on May 21, 2012.
