Instagram's Updated Privacy Policy Doesn't Quell Backlash

A photo-sharing social media app, Instagram backtracked on its privacy policy after a massive backlash from users. The company was about to sell user photos to advertisers and it can still happen. The amended policy notes photos can still be licensed out, but users will retain ownership of the media. Mekahlo Medina reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2012.
