Jennifer Convertibles Customer Duped by Extended Warranty Plan

Mark Studner was impressed by Jennifer Convertibles’ furniture warranty plan, so he decided to save his money and buy the first brand new sofa he ever owned. He paid for the extra protection plan, but after the material on his couch started peeling, he found that the warranty did not cover for that.
