Kidnap, Rape Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

The man accused of kidnapping a teen girl and sexually assaulting her for a decade was arraigned in court on Monday. Several neighbors who came to support Isidro Garcia, however, said they saw no sign of any kind of captivity. Vikki Vargas reports from Santa Ana for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2014.
