Kidnapped Victim Found, Suspect Arrested 10 Years After Disappearance

Ten years after her mysterious disappearance, a Santa Ana woman contacted her sister and then police to alert them. Police say Isidro Garcia kidnapped the teenage daughter of his then-girlfriend in 2004 and has since fathered a child with her.
