Kidnapper Targets OC Elementary School: Police

A man suspected of a March 24 kidnapping near an elementary school is also wanted in connection with repeated kidnapping attempts near the playground at Lee Elementary School in Rossmoor. Vikki Vargas reports from Rossmoor for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on April 10, 2013.
