LA Police Easing Up on 91 Violations

A new LAPD memo lists 91 violations that were once misdemeanors, and are now merely infractions. Among the violations on list are buying alcohol with a fake I.D., driving without a license, and camping on the beach. Mekahlo Medina reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on August 5, 2013.
