DWP Launches Site to in Overbilling Snafu

In a response to NBC4’s I-Team report on how nearly 60,000 LADWP customers were overcharged, the utility company has built a website to help customers with overbilling issues. Kathy Vara reports for NBC4 at 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014.
