LAPD arrests alleged organizer of street takeovers

Police arrested 20-year-old suspect Erick Romero Quintana who they say is responsible for coordinating street takeovers with thousands of participants that result in smash-and-grabs, car thefts and other violent crimes in Los Angeles. Mekahlo Medina reports for the NBC4 News on Feb. 12, 2024.
