LAPD Celebrates Kidnapping Suspect's Arrest: “You Cannot Hide”

After a month-long manhunt, the fugitive wanted in connection with the abduction of a 10-year-old Northridge girl was captured when the FBI tracked him down in Mexico Wednesday. Tobias Summers has been on the run since March 27. When he arrives at LAPD’s Metropolitan Detention Center, he will be booked on 35 felony charges.
