LAPD Looks for Additional Victims of Suspected Attempted Kidnapper

Jason Kies, 37, is suspected of multiple attempted kidnappings in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles police said Tuesday in announcing his arrest. Investigators are looking for additional victims who may not have come forward. John Cadiz Klemack reports for the NBC4 News at Noon on March 26, 2013.
