LAX Runway Expansion Plans a Hot Topic at Mayoral Debate

LAX’s plans to build a new runway played a major role in the LA mayoral debate at UCLA Monday. The runway would place takeoff and landings some 250 feet closer to residential areas in Westchester. Gordon Tokumatsu reports from LAX for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2013.
