Leaders Offer Job Training to Laid-Off Farmer John Workers

After 90 years in Vernon, the Farmer John meat packing plant is closing due to the rising cost of doing business, leaving some 2,500 workers out of a job. State and local leaders, however, are training workers to get them new jobs. Macy Jenkins reports Feb. 15, 2023.
