Life Connected: Buy a Bracelet, Save a Life

A California woman knew she was in for adventure when she traveled with a friend to Tanzania, East Africa. They were there to film a documentary, but a deadly disease almost took her life. Now, with help from friends, she is connecting the people of Africa with the life saving medicine they so desperately need. Kathy Vara reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014.
