Investigation Prompts LA Better Business Bureau Shutdown

The national council of Better Business Bureaus cut ties with the Southern California chapter Tuesday after an investigation revealed a pattern of inflated business ratings in exchange for cash. However, the local chapter says they weren’t expelled, but resigned. The chapter says they will remain working, and now call themselves the Business Consumer Alliance.
