Local Civil Rights Groups Are Convinced Race Was a Factor in Atlanta Shootings

Although police say addiction may have played a role in the Atlanta killings, civil rights groups are convinced race was a factor, as six of the eight victims were women of Asian descent. Those groups are saying they are unified against hate even as incidents are on the rise. Ted Chen reports March 17, 2021.
